About Pilar

I have 3 years of childcare experience and and a lifetime of experience of being an older sister. I can help with crafts, errands, homework, and cooking (happy to get the kid/kids involved too!). I am a yoga teacher, dance teacher, recent Cal MPH graduate and Im an aspiring Dietitian who is hoping to help future generations be body positive and have good relationships to food and movement! I am currently going through my dietetic internship and looking to make some money to support myself as I go through this process. I do believe kids and teens have so much knowledge that adults can learn from and am excited by any opportunity to help empower a child/teen as they discover their passions, curiosities, and opinions.
