Hi there! My name is Pilar, I recently moved back to CA after living in Colorado for two years. During my stay in Colorado I discovered my passion for working with children. I started my childcare journey as an assistant turned lead infant nursery teacher at a daycare in Castle Rock, CO. During this time, I pursued education in early childhood development through various courses and certifications. In Jan 2025, I became a nanny to an 8-month-old little girl, who recently turned 16 months. In Oct. I made the decision to move back to CA to be closer to family and continue my childcare career. My first Nanny experience opened my eyes to how well I can adapt to a child's and family's needs in their home. Some of my strengths are supporting developmental needs and maintaining a positive attitude. I value communication and collaboration with parents. My personality is calm yet energetic when needed. Pilar cared for our daughter from the time she was 8 months old until she was 17 months old. Pilar was the best nanny we could have asked for! She has a great personality and is very caring and attentive. Pilar was able to seamlessly and confidently take on the caretaker role and follow our daughter’s routine and schedule. She always came up with thoughtful age appropriate activities, made everything fun for our daughter, and kept us updated throughout the day. Our daughter was always so excited when she arrived in the morning! In addition, Pilar is extremely resourceful, organized and efficient- this really made the days run smoothly and our lives easier in so many ways. We are so grateful for Pilar and would highly recommend her to any family!
