I have 10+ years of experience working with children in early childhood development and movement-based regulation. I'm so excited to announce we are now offering Virtual Life Skills Coaching to Teens and Young Adults on the spectrum/with ADHD. We focus on building independence through mastering Daily Life skills, such as planning and organizing, executing routines, time management and social skills, support with cooking and hygiene and more! We will create a personalized curriculum for each client and guide and support every step of the way!

She is trained to care for children with special needs (RBT) which manifests as the perfect combination of compassionate, capable of handling a variety of challenges and adapting quickly. She has so many tools which keep kids learning and curious and entertained. She’s a dancer as well and incorporates dance and movement and mindfulness in her work with children. She is fun, warm and loving and can also be very tough and structured when needed. I trust her completely.
