Pia was great with our boys, 2 & 3. Was very willing to stick to our routines and was calm and kind. However, after almost 4 months of consistent work and great communication, she quit over text after a day of somewhat manic behavior, and blocked my number. She gave no notice (I was on my own while husband worked out of state) and I never heard from her again. Very bizarre and hurtful.
