About Phyllis

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly my calling. For the past 10 years, I've been privileged to support their well-being and independence, and provide families with reliable care. My graduate degree complements my hands-on experience as a Licensed Practising Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Certified Home Health Aid. I'm also current in CPR Training and First Aid Training. I offer respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands and shopping. I also provide home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and specialized support for dementia, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I respect each person's independence. I communicate with families through daily reports, texts, or calls, always following their preferred method.
