About Phyllis

I have been a preschool teacher, an early intervention specialist, an art teacher, a child photographer and most importantly the mother to my two children who are now teenagers. They are both in school now, and I am looking for a nanny position. I LOVE children, especially babies and toddlers and little's. I have experience with both typical and children with special needs. I have worked with children affected by autism, Fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, ADD, and Cerebral palsy and most recently spent 5 years working with a child with Rett syndrome. I have experience working with children who are non-verbal. I love to sing, dance, read, walk to the park, play out in nature and have fun. I have a car and can take your little one to story time at the library, to the Park, or somewhere else. I was the school photographer for Two Coyotes Wilderness School in CT, their website images were all taken by me. I promise to treat your baby or toddler just as well as I treat my own children!
