With nine years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a genuine desire to support well-being and independence. My training includes CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method.
