About Phyllis

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past four years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I'm passionate about helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My college degree has given me a solid foundation. I have experience adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when incorporating memory care activities. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I keep families informed with verbal updates or regular texts, always respecting their preferred method. CPR and First Aid Training certifications ensure I'm prepared for any situation. Building connections with care recipients is important, and I do so by respecting their independence.
