About Phylisia

I'm a nurturing, responsible child care provider with years of experience working with children of various ages from infants and toddlers to school-aged kids. I've worked in both home and daycare settings, and I focus on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and feel cared for. My responsibilities have included everything from meal prep and diapering to helping with homework and planning educational or creative activities that match each child's developmental stage. I'm trained in First Aid, CPR and early childhood education. I believe in positive guidance, patience, and building trusting relationships with both kids and their families. What I love most is watching children gain confidence and express themselves in their own unique ways.
