About Phylicia

For the past decade, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and making a real difference in their lives. My passion lies in providing reliable support to families. I'm known for my patient, creative, and friendly approach. I hold a college degree and have training in Early Childhood Education (ECE). I also have current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages, from infants to pre-teens. I enjoy playing educational games, board games, and outdoor sports with children. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling. I communicate with parents through daily reports, texts, or their preferred method. I always follow their lead when enforcing household rules. I look forward to bringing my experience and love for childcare to your family.
