About Phylicia

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. For the past 6 years, I have had the privilege of supporting families by providing reliable childcare for children aged 1 to 12+. Along with supporting my personal family by caring for my 4 younger siblings daily since I was 9 years old, myself. I am patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I have some college experience and I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I provide regular updates via text or phone call and always follow a parent's preferred communication method. I also follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I hope to bring my passion for nurturing young minds to your family.
