About Phylicia

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of young ones. With three years of experience, I provide reliable, patient, and creative care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens. My educational background includes Early Child Development coursework, and I hold both CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a friendly, approachable environment. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I love to nurture curiosity. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, crafts, and light housekeeping. I prioritize your preferences for communication, whether through daily reports or regular updates. I look forward to supporting your family and becoming a trusted partner in your children's daily adventures.
