My kids LOVE Phylicia. She is always so liking to play with them and allow them to lead the way with their imagination. Her nursing background allows me the ability to feel safe if an emergency were to happen while they are in their care. My son has several severe food allergies and she is wise about ingredient checking and cross contact. One of my children is also on the autism spectrum and she is knowledgeable about neurodivergence as well. She is a great fit with our family.
