About Phyleshia

Hello! My name is Phyleshia. With over 12 years of experience in the childcare field, I have had the privilege of caring for children of all ages. I genuinely love working with children and enjoy helping them learn, grow, and reach each milestone in their development. In addition to my classroom experience, I was a nanny for one family for three years, caring for their child from just 4 months old until age 3. I have a wonderful reference from the family who would be happy to share their experience with me. My greatest strengths are that I am responsible, reliable, patient, and caring. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. I truly love what I do and enjoy being a helping hand to families.
