Phoenix took care of our son, N, from 4 months to 2 years old. Our son absolutely loved hanging out with Phoenix, having dance parties with him, going on outdoor adventures, and hated seeing him go at the end of the day. N turned out to be quite a high energy and sometimes intense kiddo, but Phoenix was always super patient and knew how to handle him. As first-time parents, we often turned to Phoenix for parenting advice. Professionally speaking, Phoenix was a joy to work with. He was a great communicator and always fulfilled our sometimes very specific requests without batting an eye. This was particularly true when it came to our COVID preferences in terms of getting tests when we felt that it was warranted and also finding outdoor activities and classes for our son.
