About Phoenix

Hi Families! My name is Phoenix, I'm a nanny/household manager with 13 years of professional childcare experience and youth literacy outreach. I'm looking for a family that embraces forming relationships with different kinds of people as an enriching and cherished part of their children's growing experience. My goal to allow a child to develop into their own sense of self while I support their social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and intellectual growth with a solid framework of fun educational activities and experiences. My style is Montessori-inspired and child-lead, which empowers children to be active participants in their development at every stage.
