Hello! My name is Phoebe, and I bring both personal and professional experience to special needs care. As a parent of two children with autism, I understand the importance of gentle support and meeting each individual where they are. I use DIR/Floortime as my primary approach and hold a Basic DIR Provider certification, helping me build meaningful connection with every person I support. I have managed programs, supported respite services, and led after-school programs for individuals with developmental needs including seazures, alergies, autism, adhd, developmental delays, wheelchair, deaf and so much more. My certifications include First Aid/CPR, DIR/Floortime, Behavioral Assistance, and Handle With Care trainer and more. I also have extensive training in autism, developmental delays, and years of hands-on experience. I have trained/supervised other caregivers in warm, person-centered care, and I believe everyone deserves love, understanding, and opportunities to grow and flourish.
