Our nanny had a family emergency and Phoebe helped us out on very short notice. She was very pleasant and reliable. Our kids (an infant and toddler) usually have stranger anxiety issues and scream/cry when unfamiliar people are in the home but they were comfortable with Phoebe. She was cheerful and willing to cooperate with anything we asked. She took the kids on walks and even to the local park just about everyday. We will definitely call Phoebe for help again in the future if/when the need arises. Highly recommend!
