About Phillataysia

Hello, my name is Phillataysia. I am a dependable, compassionate, and hardworking professional with experience supporting children, families, and individuals with special needs. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have nearly three years of experience working with children and young adults, including those with developmental and behavioral challenges. I'm a continuing major in Public Health at SJSU, with a focus in Community Health. I enjoy traveling the world, letting kids experience naturalistic teaching, and shaping environments that are safe, positive, and engaging, where children can learn and thrive build Independence around developmental growth in environmental strategies. In addition to childcare, I own and operate Samuela's Cleaning Service, providing residential cleaning, deep cleaning, organization, laundry assistance, and household support.
