About Philippa

Hi! I'm a caring, responsible, and experienced caregiver based in Jersey City. I recently worked as a Teacher Assistant at Smart Start Academy, where I planned age-appropriate activities, supported classroom routines, and often stepped in as lead teacher. I've also worked as a nanny, managing everything from playtime and homework to meals and bedtime routines. I love creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I'm patient, organized, and great at building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and keeping things running smoothly at home.
