Hello! My name is Philip, and I'm a reliable, patient, and kind professional with a strong background in communication, education, and hands-on care. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English (Communications & Technology) and an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Horticulture. For the past 12 years, I've worked full-time as an Advanced Gardener at the U. S. Capitol Building in Washington, D. C., where I combine technical skill with clear, engaging communication. Within my current gardening role, I regularly lead historically based tours for children, teens, adults, seniors, and Members of Congress. I enjoy helping others learn, feel supported, and feel comfortable. I'm open to tutoring, senior companionship, household support, and other care roles.
