About Pheadra

I have 20 years experience in healthcare and 13 of those years as a home health and hospice nurse. I recently retired 2 years ago and now enjoy my time as a caregiver. My specialty is the older population recognizing their special needs such as Alzheimer's and dementia clients. I assist in activities of daily living such as mobility and transfers, bathing, feeding, medication prompting, meal preparation and light house keeping. Along with the ADL's, I enjoy providing companionship, creating positive friendships and engaging in activities that your loved one chooses. I am an animal lover, non smoker and have reliable transportation for any errands that are needed. I am also a certified yoga instructor specializing with geriatric mobility and breathing techniques to promote wellness and relaxation if that is an area of interest for your loved one.
