We had the pleasure of having Phaviola care for our 11-month-old daughter, E, for 6 weeks (Monday through Friday). She was reliable, respectful, and always communicated clearly on the rare occasions she was running late, she let us know immediately. Phaviola engaged E with daily walks, trips to the local library, and reading to her every morning, which we really appreciated. E was always happy, safe, and well cared for in her hands. We highly recommend Phaviola to any family looking for a warm, trustworthy, and thoughtful nanny.
