I work as a church minister to homebound individuals, to individuals in assisted care, acute care and memory care units in ankeny iowa. In the facility where Ms Haynie currently works I have personally observed her exemplary performance in the memory care unit. In addition, I am in regular contact with clients and families all across that organization, and her name is frequently put forth as someone who is very special. I would use the following words to describe her: compassionate, dedicated, talented, intuitive, thorough, leader, dependable, timely, ambitious, and visionary. She is a learner and would adapt to any home to deliver. Excellent care. I know of her work with others, and she is identified as a true leader.
