About Pezo

Hi! My name is Pezo, and I'm a 22-year-old new graduate nurse and proud UMSON graduate. I have always enjoyed learning and helping others understand new concepts, and I'd love to help students feel more confident in their schoolwork! I have experience working as a substitute teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools, where I worked with students of different ages and learning styles. I also have experience working in a school daycare and earned my Maryland 90-Hour Child Care Certification in 2022, where I learned about child development, lesson planning, and creating engaging activities. My nursing education has strengthened my skills in science, math, critical thinking, organization, and time management. I'm patient, encouraging, and adaptable, and I understand that every student learns differently. My goal is to make learning feel less overwhelming while helping students build confidence and succeed!
