About Peyton

Hello, my name is Peyton. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Technician and am seeking a part-time caregiving role while I continue my education. My passion for supporting neurodiverse and differently abled individuals began at 17 when my mother was diagnosed with several conditions; as her primary caregiver for four years, I discovered my calling to help others overcome daily challenges. In my current role I provide direct care in mental health and behavioral programs: assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vitals, supporting medication administration, documenting progress, and helping maintain a safe, structured environment. I also assist in group sessions and one on one care and provide crisis intervention with patience, strong communication, and calm under pressure.
