When we talked on the phone, I specifically said please concentrate on bathrooms & floors. They (she brought a friend) did not vacuum at all in the 3 hours they, supposedly, cleaned floors. They did clean the bathrooms well, so I’m happy with those, but not thoroughly taking care of the floors was annoying. I gave her an extra $50 on top of the $50 an hour I was already paying. This was my first time w/ Care.com, and this is a disappointing experience. I provided products & equipments.
