Peterson has excellent communication, availability, and willing positive attitude! I have him come every 2 weeks, and I've been recommending him to friends. His first language is Brazilian Portuguese, but English is good enough to do everything great how I like it -- especially when I text more detailed things that he can translate and follow exactly. I think he always texts back same-day. Place is so clean and orderly after -- and the first time when there was a lot more to do, he took the extra hour to do everything thoroughly so I gave a big extra tip accordingly. After that the normal maintenance took about 2 hours for my 1 bedroom with carpet and cat related things. IF your place is smaller like my 1br, his rate works out to be higher than others on Care.com (he charges flat rate per job, not per hour), but his responsive friendly communication and attitude - and recurring weekend availability - stood out, so I'm happy to pay it. 5 stars!
