About Peter

Hello, my name is Peter and a little about me is that I love nature, drawing, treating every experience as a learning one, but most of all caring for others. Why child care though? Well a lot of it stems from fun experiences watching my mom as a teacher and assisting her most my life. However, my most influential experience would be my three years as a lifeguard, where I would supervise kids daily. Learning not only many valuable communication and de-escalation skills but also how silly and fun kids can be. With this experience, caring for multiple children aged 0-12+ at once works with me. I'm patient and I follow the parents' lead when it comes to rules. I will communicate with parents using their preferred method and detailed schedules at request. I love playing board games, educational games, and outdoors. I have a car and am comfortable driving. I am currently enrolled at Howard Community College. I have CPR and First Aid knowledge for all ages and am happy around pets. Thanks!
