Pearly has been taking care of our 16-month old twins since they were 4 weeks old. When she first started, I was completely overwhelmed with taking care of the twins. Pearly stepped right in and was able to provide a loving, stable, secure environment for them. She is very engaging and full of energy. As the twins have grown, she has been able to meet their needs and adapt her style based on their stage of development. Whenever Pearly arrives in the morning, the twins always run straight to her for hugs and they both always have big smiles on their faces. They truly love her and I know Pearly feels the same way about them. We are moving across the country, so we can no longer employ Pearly. I highly recommend Pearly and she will be a wonderful nanny for a new family.
