About Perle

Hi my name is Perle and I am French. I have diverse caregiving experiences, from caring for loved ones during illness, to working privately, and working through agency. My experience includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation , basic physical rehabilitation and speech support exercise as well as providing companionship and emotional services. I also for many years helped my mother in her Ayurvedic center in South of France as a vegetarian cook, alternative health therapist and yoga teacher. In my previous role, I have demonstrated empathy, patience and professionalism. When appropriate, I integrate my knowledge of nutrition and yoga to support healthy meal preparation, mindful breathing, and gentle movement. My passion are plants and herbalism in my spare time I gather plants in the wild and make different remedies from it. I am a positive person and I like making people around me happy.
