About Perla

Nurturing young minds is my passion. For seven years, I've dedicated myself to fostering children's growth and development, and providing families with dependable care and support. I earned my Bachelor's degree in psychology in 2021 from the IUPUI. In the last 3 years as a Family support specialist for the program Healthy Families I was able to learn more about child developmental milestones and help children achieve those goals. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities that make learning fun. I'm happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. Communication with parents is key, and I will follow your preferred method, whether it's verbal updates or regular texts. I follow your lead on household rules.
