About Perla

Hi, My name is Perla and I have been working with children for close to three years. I've taken care of children in the newborn/toddler stages alongside older children between the ages of 5-8 years old. These have all been with private families. I attended school and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in 2020. I started taking care of children a year shortly after graduating as COVID changed the dynamic of things during the year of 2020. I have experience in children development and one of my key skills is the patience I have with them. I connect with children very easily and I am also very reliable/responsible. I have the knowledge necessary to ensure I do my best job in care with all the children I work with. My main priority is making sure the children are always okay, ensuring the parents can build a strong relationship, and for the families to get to know me as a person to ensure trust and comfortability.
