Perla has been our full time nanny for two years. She has been there since almost the beginning of my family. She has such a way/demeanor about herself that just exudes care and love into the kids. She's been with us since my daughter was 7 months and through the birth of my son. So she does amazing with infants and toddlers. My kids love her and light up every time they see her. She is incredibly punctual, never been late, always early. She's not only minding my babies, but she's cleaning up their rooms,their laundry, what she uses in the kitchen for them and much more. She's even taught me a few recipes that the kids love. She has done great at teaching both my kids baby sign language early on, plus my daughter is bilingual because of her! She is communicative with us daily on all their schedules and even keeps us up to date on the weekend if we need to be up to date with the babies' needs. She will put her whole heart into her job of caring for your children.
