Contract requirements: $35/hr., 30-40 guaranteed hrs/wk., 10 days sick leave, 2 weeks PTO, 6 month minimum position. I am nonbinary and live with my long-term partner and our dog . I love being out in nature, reading, and roller-skating! I believe my life experience makes me a unique role model in a child's life. I can't say enough good things about Peri, who has been with our family since June 2022. By the time our daughter starts daycare, we'll have had the pleasure of having Peri care for her for 15 months (from age 5 months to 20 months). They've gone above and beyond, creating a warm and supportive environment, adapting to our needs, and keeping communication open and easy. Peri has been especially careful in preparing food for our daughter, taking into account all her allergies and ensuring her safety at meal times. They are attentive to our daughter's interests, bringing creativity and resourcefulness to their time together, which has truly enriched her life. Having Peri as part of our family has been an amazing experience, and we'll be genuinely sad when it's time for our daughter to start daycare. We're so grateful for Peri's dedication, kind nature, and attentiveness to our daughter's unique needs, and we're confident that any family would be lucky to have them as their nanny.
