About Pepper

I'm Pepper! a nurturing, dependable caregiver with 25 years of childcare experience & I've cared for children from infancy through elementary age. I am certified in infant&Early Childhood Education, along with CPR &First Aid . I believe children thrive when they feel seen, heard, encouraged, & loved. I bring patience, creativity, structure,& plenty of fun into my care whether we're reading a book, creating something with our hands, playing outside, learning through everyday moments, or simply having a cozy day together. As a mom myself, I understand how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your child's life. My faith, family values, &compassionate heart guide the way I care for children. Families can count on me to communicate, respect their routines and parenting style, and treat their little ones with the same kindness and care I would want for my own. I'd love to become the familiar, trusted face your child is excited to see!
