Penny was the best thing Our mother had developed dementia and had knee problems. So there was a lot to be concerned about giving showers and daily care was overwhelming for me. The daughter penny stepped in and with medical knowledge, kindness and deficiency managed to.  Take care of mom and also was able to convince her to do things that she had become very apprehensive about doing. A blessing for any and all who have the opportunity to have her.

Penny is the kindest person I've ever met.  My father had a stroke and left him nearly  speechless.  He could only say a few words.  Every caregiver I interviewed, my father would tell them to "Blow it Out Your Butt"!  which meant No or Your fired. 

Penny came and spoke to him...He automatically liked her.  I hired her and my Dad put her to work right away.  She had him show her what he wanted to eat, and wear, and she even made him laugh often, which was a feat in itself..  She took him on outings to the market, and other stores,  and to parks.  Penny moved him seamlessly from his wheelchair to the car, into bed,  and to his recliner without a problem. t I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job.

Penny is punctual,, dependable, honest, loyal, and giver all to the person she's working for.  She never missed a day with him.  The last 3 years of his life were  were definitely quality years thanks to Penny.

Penny took care of my Grandma for a few years while she went through the stages of Alzheimer's. She was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful, punctual, dependable and personable. She could think on her feet and there was nothing she was afraid of doing, or helping with. One of her best qualities was her ability to calm Grandma when she had her episodes of confusion. That was huge. She would take care of Grandma as if she was her own, which made my family so comfortable knowing we made the right choice by hiring Penny.
