Penelope showed up at first on time as she should. Soon after she began saying she couldn’t come for various reasons and eventually stopped responding. Being a first responder, I can’t pick and choose which hours I work and that was explained at the beginning prior to her being hired so she knew the expectations. I messaged her before to confirm she would be able to watch my son and she never messaged me back. I called her the day up and she didn’t answer and I left her a voicemail too.
