About Penelope

I am a joyful, fun, loving, humble child of God who loves to serve others, especially the elderly. I have a calling on my life to bring love, peace, joy, spiritual presence to those who are sick or just lonely and are in need of companionship. I worked for Hospice in the role of a chaplain where I visited patients in their homes and in facilities, providing them companionship, playing music for them, reading, playing cards, watching TV, meeting them where they are at in their life, spiritual presence and prayer. Provided comfort, support and bereavement to the families of the patient. Attended some funerals and was also invited to speak at a few. This type of care is very rewarding for me as I get to share the gifting Father God has instilled in me. With this being said, I do believe that there is a need out there for families who need help to take care of their loved ones. I do have my own vehicle for errands, doctor appointments, outings.
