About Penelope

I have a passion for working with young children, and am especially interested in working with infants and toddlers. I have two years of experience caring for children in a mental health setting ages 7-12 as well as adolescents. My approach is patient and calm, and I love incorporating creative and crafty activities to nurture developing minds. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and I always prioritize clear communication with parents, whether through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I have some college experience and have completed psychology course work as well as coursework in nutrition. I am also certified in CPR Training. Beyond playtime, I am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. I speak both English and Spanish. I would love to bring my dedication and skills to your family, helping your child flourish.
