About Penelope

Hi! My name is Penelope, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I currently work as a Direct Support Professional through the NDAC, Encompass, and Accra, providing in-home support for children and individuals with varying needs. I also have childcare experience in home and community settings. I graduated from Mayville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I am CPR, First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, and Therapeutic Response certified, and I am completing my first year as a special education paraprofessional at an elementary school in West Fargo. I am patient, dependable, caring, and love creating a safe and supportive environment for children.
