Hello families! I am an experienced nanny with newborn specialization. I've always loved children, helping out with group child care since I was 8 and babysitting since I was 10. I've worked with a dozen families now as both part-time and full-time nanny. Once you've expressed interest I can get recommendations to you from my most recent families. I specialize in newborn and infant care, and have done extensive study and research into different methodologies and approaches, but see every child as unique and enjoy learning with each family and baby! I use a mixture of methods, but summarize it as a natural approach to childcare that provides appropriate structure while listening to the baby's needs and providing a safe and loving environment. I am a trained Douala with 5 births under my belt, working towards certification, and have experience working as a nanny with newborns as young as 2 weeks old.
