Pemphero came to us as a backup to our main caregiver for my mom who has dementia and severe vertigo. What a joy! Such a sweet and gentle demeanor. Her patience and gentleness with my mom was impeccable even during the most challenging times. My mom comes with many challenges due to her condition that Pemphero always handled with ease and never with frustration. Her kindness and genuine care for my mom has been a blessing. Unfortunately, the time has come that my moms needs have become more than can be managed at home so we need to say goodbye to Pemphero as we move on to the next chapter of our journey. We are truly going to miss her; I believe that her next client will be receiving a very empathetic and gentle caregiver and will not be disappointed in the choice to have her provide support and care.
