I am a mother of four adult children and a grandmother. I'm also blessed to be part of a large extended family. Each have their own unique gifts, talents and needs. Along with my formal education, I feel this is where my passion comes for caring for the needs of other. Among my immediate family I've cared for members suffering alzheimers, stroke, heart defect, visual impairment, renal failure, thyroid condition, and autism. On a professional level, I've worked at The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, where my compassion and optimistic outlook on life were a large asset. I am CPR certified and experienced in injections, blood draws, chemo port care, and gastric tube feeding and medication administration. I also have experience in nutrition and food preparation for varied dietary needs.
