I've been a nurturing and enthusiastic caregiver for 20 years. My passion for fostering children's growth and development has led me to work with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. With a calm and patient demeanor, I create a welcoming environment where children feel safe to learn and explore. I firmly believe in open and honest communication with parents. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and provide regular updates about their child's day, including any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. My educational background includes some college, and I've also completed CPR training and First Aid certification. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and am experienced with various age groups. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
