I'm retired Navy vet and I provide services such as errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I also de-escalate stressful situations and redirect attention when needed. To keep families informed, I provide written daily reports and verbal updates during visits or check-ins. I always follow your preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
