About Pearl

Hello, my name is Pearl! I graduated with a major in Environmental Writing and a minor in Earth and Climate Sciences from Middlebury College. My academic work also concentrated heavily in education and anthropology. I have a lot of fun facts and knowledge to share about nature! I'm currently looking for a part-time morning position. I am happy to help children with schoolwork or tutoring, pick up/drop off at school and extracurriculars, and take them on adventures! In my spare time, I like to be outside, backpacking, hiking, or finding swimming holes. I also love to play guitar and sing, and do arts and crafts. I'd describe my personality as creative, playful, and organized. I have been working with kids for eight years, spanning individual nannying of a wide age range, working with preschool students, and outdoor education leading middle and high school students on multi-week backpacking trips. I am CPR and Wilderness First Aid certified, and willing to acquire Infant CPR.
