About Pearl
Experience: 3 yrs
Hi! My name is Pearl and I am a medical student here in the city on the UES! I have 4 years of tutoring experience in english, math, and science for elementary school to college-aged students! My favorite part of tutoring is finding that ah-ha moment with students, when it finally clicks. Also, just letting the student nerd-out about whatever it is that they find interesting and applying it to whatever I am teaching them! Seeing that glimmer in their eyes as they see how their favorite content is applied to so much more is such a gratifying aspect of being a tutor. In my free time, I love to read, run, and spend time with family and friends.
