Pearl worked with my family for a year and a half. She's a wonderful, caring, patient caregiver. She is very dependable and did not ever call out of work when scheduled. My kids are 9, 6, and 3 and she's great with all those ages plus helping them all play together cooperatively! It is obvious she has many years of child care experience. We are so sad she is moving to another area and wish we could keep her here longer!
