About Payton

Hi! My name is Payton, and I'm a junior psychology student planning to pursue my master's degree in Occupational Therapy. I have a genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. I have experience as a teacher assistant working with children with learning disabilities and autism, as well as a behavioral technician supporting children with autism. I've also been babysitting for family friends since I was 16, so caring for children has been something I've truly enjoyed for years. I am patience, and understanding. I am passionate in creating a safe, encouraging environment. I'm responsible, organized, patient, and dependable. I'm also comfortable with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and everyday responsibilities. I love getting to know each child's personality, interests, and needs and helping them feel comfortable and supported. My goal is to provide reliable care while making each child feel happy and cared for.
