if you are looking for a reliable person, please DO NOT hire her. she cancelled on me the day she was supposed to start and I never heard from her. I tried to be patient and understanding but maybe she is just not too mature for the job? when you apply to babysit I think you have to have a minimum sense of understanding that parents rely on you otherwise they cannot work... long story short, DO NOT hire unless you want a heartbreak and headaches... with some palpitations.
